Scope of processed data

• using the Z24 platform (e.g., user account data, company data, contractor data, order data, system activity).

 

Purpose and legal basis for data processing
Data is processed for the purpose of:

• responding to inquiries sent via the contact form,

• sending commercial and marketing information (newsletter),

• analyzing website traffic and improving its performance (e.g., Google Analytics),

• providing electronic services (Z24 platform, account access, order handling, analytics),

• ensuring system security and preventing abuse.

In the case of data entered into the system by users (e.g., contractor, customer, order data), the user is the personal data controller, and Etinel Sp. z o.o. acts as a processor on their behalf.

Analytical tools and artificial intelligence solutions may be used within the services to analyze data (e.g., photos or sales data). Processing takes place only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

User rights

• restrict processing,

• data portability,

• object to processing,

• withdraw consent at any time.

The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
